Defective or Damaged Items
We only offer exchanges/return in case of a defective or damaged item. Parcel opening video is necessary for this claim.
If you receive a defective piece, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number, a clear photo of the defect, and a brief description of the issue.
- Once verified, we will process an exchange/return for the same item.
Eligibility for Exchange
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Exchanges are not applicable for minor color variations due to lighting or screen settings.
