Size Exchange Policy
We do offer size exchanges and item exchanges under the following conditions:
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact
You may exchange your item for:
A different size of the same product, or
Another item of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid)
📦 Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
🚚 Shipping of the exchanged product from our side will be handled by us.
Returns & Refunds (Defective Items Only)
We offer returns and refunds only in case of a manufacturing defect or damaged item.
To raise a defective item request:

Once verified, we will process a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
Important Notes
Colour variations due to lighting, photography, or screen settings are not considered defects
Exchange/return requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted
Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be eligible for exchange or return
